Can someone give me some advice on planning a cheap wedding?

I’m thinking of a theme wedding but we are rather broke and know nothing about wedding planning. I’m not the type of girl who had her wedding planned by age 12. Thanx all.
I already have a dress and possibly minister, so that’s settled. (I bought my dress for 40 dollars at sears clearance outlet on boxing day) But I’m clueless as to everthings else. Thanks for all the tips. The knot is looking helpful.
