Wedding planning forms can help with organizing an entire ceremony. A wedding planning list can also be used for the reception. Your very important details can be arranged and shared with your vendors. Read and learn how to keep everyone on the same page

Wedding Planning Forms

So why are these so important, and why should you make sure you use these forms? Well the success of your once in a lifetime celebration is based on how well the formalities are organized. Any wedding planning forms should include:

- Alternate location if outdoor ceremony due to unforeseen weather

- Descriptive vendor info with names & several contact numbers

- Timeline for events in order, delegate responsibility to multiple people

- Song selection of Prelude, Processional, Recessional, & Unity Candle

- Order of people in the ceremony (usually covered in the rehearsal)

Wedding Planning List

So now that the ceremony is over with, how will your reception flow smoothly? Well, just like the ceremony, the reception will have to have a wedding planning list to organize the formalities. Your wedding planning list will at the minimum include:

- Names of those introduced and music for the grand entrance

- Vendor requirements (attire, timelines, final payments, meal)

- Music selection for the dinner/cocktail

- Possible seating arrangements

- Toast/Blessing times and names of individuals

- Meal and cake start end times

- Bouquet/Garter Execution

- Special Dances (First Dance, Father Daughter, Mother Son, Bridal)

So who will organize your one wedding?

Well every client is offered Wedding Planning Forms to ensure the success of their wedding reception and ceremony. These forms are given to you ahead of time so that your other vendors can do a great job for you. I hope this information was helpful, and just remember the sooner your details are set in stone, the less stressed you will be.
