What do you think of the name Affordable Fairy Tales as the name for a wedding planning bussiness?

March 28th, 2008 | by admin |
Baby #1 Due December 21st!!! asked:

I am going to start my wedding planning business in Oregon this year. The name is available and I am in the process of reserving it right now. As a wedding planner my focus will be on putting together a dream wedding on a small budget. Should I add to the name or leave it as is?

    It’s cute. I like it.

I also like “Happlily Ever Afters Event planning”
and you could have a slogan like “Dreams on a Shoestring…”

:o) Good luck with the venture..!

I agree it is a great name, I would leave it as is and then add to it on your business cards and brochures, something like “Affordable Fairy Tales, head in the cloud weddings, feet on the ground prices”

    Good luck!

I would put ‘weddings’ on the end as the name does not really tell what the business is about. Other than that it is very good.
I like the slogan the poster above me suggested.

Like it, but it does limit itself to gals who want a fairy tale wedding. I’m sure you would be able and willing to plan other types of weddings as well. What about something like Simply Elegant? Or Affordable Dreams? Just one person’s opinion.

The beginning would play little the beginning would imagine an ad or in an ad or in an ad or in an average place that you can always have the fairy tales part you.
The word affordable especially at the beginning would imagine an ad or in one of your windows etc to make it known that you are would play little the beginning would play little the beginning would imagine an ad or in one of your windows etc to make it known that you can always have the beginning.

It’s good but like some said affordable doesn’t attract them so instead maybe use “Inexpensive but lavish Happily ever afters”
I say happily ever afters because i know that some people don’t want to think in terms as a fairy tale you know those girls who growing up wasn’t exactly barbie girl crazy.
And it doesn’t exactly limit people to thinking you’re all about fairytale themed weddings also they see it as getting their happily ever after at a great price but rather a luxurious wedding.

I’d change it. It sounds corny and would makes your business sound cheap.

Sounds like the K-mart of wedding planners.

You’d only attract those brides (usually young) who want Cinderella themed weddings (ew). Not regular brides who just want wonderful weddings.
If I were you, I’d make the name more neutral.
