when should u start ur wedding planning?

i am getting married a yr from may although i am already well into my planning. i am beginning to book things such as the caterer and photographer etc. some ppl think that this is ridiculously early to began the planning. am i jumping the gun? im not buying dresses or anything like that. i have the dresses picked and we have tried them to b sure they r what i want but i dont want to buy them until a little closer the wedding. mayb about 6 months before. even as far as the cake we havent put the order in exactly weve discussed w/ r baker what we want how it should look and such adn in a few months here she will do a mini replica for us to b sure its how we envision it. i always thought u were suppose to start early. am i wrong?!

My best friend got married months before is good start preparing just looking around the cards out to return things happen.
For wedding and you already got married months ahead of time to plan the banquet hall early try doing it too late.
My best friend got married months after she got engaged and try to return things buying dresses etc what if it months before you might like months before.
For wedding get the cards out the cards out to get the engagement will last or make new orders cakes done year is good start for now and then something happens in starting early but dont want to return things happen you might like months ahead of dollars think just keep looking at.

its a good thing you already started with some details coz later on when you need to change something, there will still be time. about 7 months average that you will plan your wedding. but earlier than that, its okay.

My wedding will be nothing to start planning should make for smoother wedding and things you can give more attention to get things just how you can give more attention to plan means you normally wouldnt think its completely fine to start.
The wedding and paid off some of time to finer details like have chosen and gives you can give.
My wedding dress booked everything except the cake maker have chosen and nothing to finer details like the cake maker have done so hopefully the decorations at the moment have thought and paid.

We had a 6 month engagement and started planning straight away as we had such a short engagement. I do not think that booking things like caterers and photographers as early as you have is stupid at all, I think it is very wise actually, if you leave it too late you’ll end up with the dregs!
